Step 1: Find Your MAC Address

Before you can set up IPTV on your MAG device, you’ll need to send us your device’s MAC address. This is essential because it allows us to configure your IPTV portal correctly. Here’s how to find it:

Locate Your MAC Address:

1. Power on your MAG device and navigate to Settings > About.
2. In this section, you’ll see your device’s MAC address. It’s a unique identifier for your device.
   • It will look something like this: 00:1A:79:00:00:A1
3. If you’re unable to find it in the settings, you can also take a photo of the back of the device where the MAC address is usually listed.

Send Us Your MAC Address:

Once you have the MAC address, send it to us via email or WhatsApp along with your order ID. Be sure to include the name of the device you’re using (e.g., MAG, Formuler, TVIP). This allows us to configure everything correctly for you.

Once we’ve received your MAC address, we’ll send you the portal URL you’ll need to proceed with the setup.

Step 2: Configure Your Device Settings

Now that you have the portal URL, it’s time to configure your MAG device. Follow these simple steps:

1. On your MAG device, go to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals.

3. You can name the portal whatever you like in the Portal Name field.
